CXO Academy – Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to CXO Academy, an executive learning and leadership development initiative by CXO Inc.
By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any program, course, workshop, certification, or service offered by CXO Academy, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

Enrollment Fee

All CXO Academy programs require payment of the applicable enrollment fee as mentioned on the official program page or enrollment communication.

  • All fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

  • Fees cover access to learning materials, sessions, mentorship, evaluations, and platform services.

  • Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued for non-attendance, partial participation, or withdrawal.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms.

Eligibility

CXO Academy programs are designed for:

  • CXOs, Founders, Directors, Senior Leaders, and Aspiring Executives

  • Professionals meeting the experience or qualification criteria specified for each program

CXO Academy reserves the right to accept, reject, or revoke enrollment if eligibility criteria are not met or if false information is provided.

Program Structure & Delivery

  1. Mode of Delivery: Programs may be delivered virtually, in hybrid format, or through recorded sessions.

  2. Access Duration: Access to program materials is limited to the duration specified at enrollment.

  3. Attendance: Participation in live sessions is strongly encouraged but not guaranteed to be recorded unless stated.

  4. Modifications: CXO Academy reserves the right to modify curriculum, faculty, schedules, or content as required.

 

Certification & Completion

  • Certificates (where applicable) are issued only upon meeting completion criteria, including attendance, assignments, assessments, or evaluations.

  • CXO Academy reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of misconduct, non-compliance, or failure to meet requirements.

  • Certificates are issued for learning recognition only and do not guarantee employment, promotion, or business outcomes.

 

Use of Information

By enrolling, you consent to CXO Academy:

  • Collecting and using your information for enrollment, communication, learning evaluation, and certification.

  • Using your name, designation, company name, testimonials, or program participation details for marketing, promotional, and academic purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

 

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Maintain professionalism, respect, and ethical behavior

  • Refrain from harassment, plagiarism, disruption, or misuse of learning platforms

  • Not share, copy, record, or distribute proprietary content without written consent

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

 

Intellectual Property

All program content, including but not limited to:

  • Videos, presentations, documents, frameworks, recordings, logos, and methodologies

are the intellectual property of CXO Inc. / CXO Academy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

 

Limitation of Liability

CXO Academy and CXO Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect losses arising from participation

  • Business, financial, or career decisions made based on program content

  • Technical issues, platform downtime, or third-party service interruptions

Participation is at your own discretion and professional judgment.

 

No Guarantee Clause

CXO Academy does not guarantee:

  • Job placement, salary increase, funding, promotions, or business success

  • Specific outcomes from applying knowledge gained during programs

All outcomes depend on individual effort, experience, and market conditions.

 

Amendments

CXO Academy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Revised terms will be published on official channels, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
